OLLY Extra Strength Sleep, Occasional Sleep Support Supplement - 70 Count

I've been taking these to help me sleep better at night, and they work really well a part of a bedtime routine. Most nights I just take 1 gummy combined with my usual ashwagandha and magnesium gummies to relax, but if I'm having a really hard time winding down, bumping it up to 2 gummies usually does the trick. The blackberry flavor is great, and they don't leave you feeling groggy the next morning like some sleep aids do. Giving it 5 stars because it genuinely does what its supposed to do.

This combo of 5 mg Melatonin plus the other stress-reducing and calming ingredients is the perfect blend for me to get to sleep. The gummies are small with a pleasant, not sugary taste.

Great flavor. Not sticky like some gummies. Helps me relax, but doesn’t knock me out. I can still function and be alert. Works better for me than melatonin alone.

These are must have in our house. They work in about 15 mins. Make falling asleep so much easier.

Good to calm down for sleep to begin

I’ve had sleep problems for years and have cycled through dozens of natural supplements -most of which have, eventually, lost effectiveness or didn’t work at all. During a very bad bout of insomnia, I was rather desperate and even tried the Trazodone my doctor recommended which didn’t work all that well and left me groggy and light-headed in the morning. I had taken small doses of melatonin in the past but, this too, had stopped working. Amazingly, these Olly Extra Strength Gummies are a game-changer for me! The herbal combo, with the higher dose of melatonin and the L-Theanine, finally broke the cycle I’ve been dealing with for months. *I do chew the 2 gummies along with about 400 mgs of magnesium glycinate which also has a very relaxing effect. If you haven’t used this supplement before, best to start with a lower dose to see how you react. This is not a laxative form of magnesium so that shouldn’t be a issue. *I take this combo about 20 minutes before bedtime and I make sure to turn the lights very low since melatonin effectiveness diminishes with strong light exposure. *Since these gummies have some sugar content, I chew them and then do my teeth-cleaning regiment afterward. *I don’t expect this potency to last forever for me but if/when the effectiveness weakens, I may experiment by adding more chamomile or some other benign herb to jumpstart things again.

I struggle with sleep and always have. I used to be terrified of Melatonin because I didn't understand much about it and the crunchy Facebook mommies talked about it like it was poison. However, desperate times call for desperate measures. My doctor has had me try a number of different prescription sleep medications, but nothing worked well, and if it did, I felt terrible the next day. I like a lot of other Olly supplements, so I thought I'd give these a try. I started with the recommended dose of 2. They helped me fall asleep, but I felt like a zombie the next day. I decided to half the dose and took one and it was like magic. I still woke in the middle of the night, but these consistently help me fall asleep and get at least 3 solid hours before my brain reactivates and keeps me awake. I have experimented with taking a second (still within the recommended dose of 2, just spread apart) if I can't go back to sleep after my first block of sleep and that often does the trick, but it does lead to some grogginess the next day. These are not the best tasting of the Olly line, but they don't smell bad, and I've gotten used to them. I find them generally easy to chew and swallow. The texture is more gummy than rubbery, and I definitely do see benefits. I have them on autoship because they work. I recommend them to my fellow insomniacs.

I have been taking these for years. They saved my life. I was a zombie for lack of sleep. My brain does not turn off at night. I take 2 every night. I am asleep in 20 minutes. Sleep soundly all night but not completely knocked out in case I need to wake up for something. And I don’t feel groggy in the am. I have tried multiple other brands and keep coming back to Olly because they work the best.

Works well to bring on sleepiness. Some of the melatonin products from other brands don't seem to work, makes me wonder if they really have melatonin in them. Expensive when taking regularly as have to take 2 to get a dose. Tastes good though, gummy format.
