Only received 1 piece! Return is problematic.
This has happened with several people I know where they buy a set of luggage and only one piece arrives.It's a great value UNLESS it's missing pieces. If you can request that the driver must hand off to you l, do it! I wish I had opened the box on the spot and refused the delivery.

I have bought soft sided it luggage before The cloth needed to be cleaned after every use Thought I’d try the hard sided it luggage to see how that holds up I think it will be easier to clean!
