Mine came completely new, no chips, breaks or problems. I love the Morphe 35O but have always wanted the same colors in all shimmers. They don’t have it anymore on their website so I got it here nervous about the “broken” reviews. It shipped perfect. Love all the colors and the shimmers are so smooth and easy to work with. No glitter! Love them. I feel like they are even better quality than the shimmer shades in the original 35O palette. The palette was authentic too. I paid $29 but it makes sense since this palette is discontinued
