The taste is good. I’m not sure about the texture. The first bite almost reminded me of coffee grounds, but that disappeared and I enjoyed the bar.

Just get it for a caffein kick, because it tastes like coffee grounds.

I drive for a living. And often need a cup of coffee to keep going safely. Only problem with that is the extra stops required after a while to relieve myself of some of that coffee. Losing time and miles from my available driving time. These bars work as good or better to keep me awake and operating safely while eliminating all stops to relieve myself. Making my day more productive and efficient. I really like this product more now than I like drinking an actual cup of coffee. Highly recommend it if time saving is important in your day

When I read "coffee energy bar", I was intrigued. The packaging had me saying "take my money", with visions of delectable dark chocolate, and espresso beans. That's It, what happened? I took one small bite and there wasn't chocolate at all dancing on my tongue, but it did taste like I licked coffee grounds fresh out of the can! That sums it up. If you LOVE coffee so much that you would literally eat it out of the can, you will love this bar.We are going to try and make homemade energy drinks with them and see if they are more palatable as a smooth beverage.

So this is a date bar, but no chunks of dates- almost more like a dessert coffee bar. Texture is smooth- but you must chew it-lol! Does pack a cup of coffee’s caffeine too!

It really does kick it!All my colleagues love it.When coffee or other pick ups don't cut it, this little bar of chewy goodness definitely perks you up.It's also low in sugar and not too sweet - bonus!
