Google Home: Complete Manual Book to Master Your Smart Assistant. Unofficial Guide for Beginners

Its a good book but as I've stated about a few other Google Home manuals, it's a little hard to judge the current crop of manuals because the Google Home Assistant is constantly evolving and growing. The guide book that continues to grow and evolve with Google Home will be the one that will eventually get my up star to a 5. Too soon to judge right now.

This is a step-by-step guide on how to use the smart speaker that was developed by Google. It's a standalone device which is voice activated, and used to automate many of the household tasks such as controlling the temperature, dimming the lights, playing music and so on. If you are a lover of smart devices, this book will be very useful for you

Don't bother with this one. There is nothing in this book to master google home. It is has no depth to "master" the unit beyond what is included with the manual in the box. You can find this information easily in a google search. Extra large print expanded over 68 pages.

A disappointment—this thin booklet barely covers more than the instructions that accompanies the equipment. The chapter on “How to Use Google Home” has obvious instructions (example: “Hey Google, increase volume” “Hey Google, increase volume to Maximum.” The first command will just increase the volume of Google Home, but the second one we’ll increase to the maximum). Duh! Nothing about communicating complex instructions. Also missing—setting up routines. I bought the book to save time, but now I need to dig out information on the internet—information I assumed would be in the book.

After buying a new Google Home Mini I wanted something to teach me about the device. I think it told me many things about the Google Home Mini but it was really pretty much a “get started” book. I would now like something to teach me more technical material about it. I would recommend buying this book.

Very little new knowledge. A bit expensive for the little amount of info., Printed in super large font.

A helpful book but somewhat dated as an aid to understanding how to use the newer generation of Google Hub…
