Good After Sales Service
Hats off to the after Sales service of Reach Team. The machine was delivered well and safe. I installed it by my self with the help of instruction manual however the LCD device was initially not working. I immediately called the reach customer care and explained the problem. The customer support without any delay assigned the technician who visited my home and resolved the issue the very same day. The machine is now working fine. Still I have been receiving the follow up calls and watsapp msg regarding the feedback and service quality.Reach Customer centric service is highly appreciated!

Poor quality and after sales service
The media could not be loaded. Don't fall into the trap of 5 star comments, as when they come to installation, they make you add 5 star ratings under the pretext of return (which is a lie).Over the quality poor, within a week of usage the pedals are lose. And the plastic finish is not good.Above all the customer care keeps calling and bug you to review the product.Update 2 - it's been three weeks since i have registered the complaint, they have delivered the spare, but after that none of the technical person has reached out to repair it and they are least bothered to answer your query, and they don't respect your time.

Basic cycle for all basic needs
Installation was quick. This is a basic cycle and performs good. Would have liked the seat to be made little more taller.

Passable product not good
Cannot measure heart rate as was mentioned on the amazon posting. It would be good if the company checked what they write. Waste customers time.The customer should get what is advertised.There is a knob to increase resistance not in stages but continuously , however i found the resistance level very low at the maximum setting.The guy who was to install it said he is coming the next day , then he said he is off for 1 week. Did it myself ..was not hard. but a bit better planning would be nice.

Good Exercise Cycle For Mid Range
If you are looking for mid range budget exercise cycle than you have come to right stop. This product is great and is easy to assemble and detailed instructions are given in the package. Amazon delivered this product to me before time and the product packaging was excellent, It took me around 10 minutes to unwrap the package.Overall it is great product and highly recommended for anybody who is finding an exercise cycle in mid to low budget range.
