Looks and feels like a good bargain at 40 CDN.
The media could not be loaded. Just got it 2 days ago so too early to tell. Very sharp..like razor ,paper slicing, sharp. Be careful! Comes with a thick leather(smells like leather)belt attachable sheath. Gives me hunting knife vibes. Feels sturdy like a fixedblade hunting knife. One small complaint is that there are 2 brass coloured rings in the handle that catch my skin as you can see when I slide my fingers up and down. They need to be sanded down very slightly. Now,I am not going out of my way to nit pick but it is the handle and you are going to touch it whether you pick it up or hold it to use,not just sometimes but everytime..unavoidable. There is plenty warnings that the metal is high carbon steel and I happen to like its properties both advantages and disadvantages if you don't treat it with the necessary care. I have 6 other high carbon steel knives and am curious how the knife blade will look with a patina. So skin catching brass rings aside...maybe it's just mine...I can highly recommend. It looks like it costs more than 40 dollars. Jim from Vancouver

Rusted instantly
Stainless steel?? The blade rusted before I even had a chance to use it. It arrived coated in a later of thick grease and the blade rusted as soon as I cleaned it off. I didn't open it in time to return so I threw it in the back of the drawer. I had high hopes as it looks really cool and seems to be tough and well made but the finish leaves it fit for the recycler. Disappointing trash
