I was skeptical when I purchased it because I've yet to receive anything from Amazon that was made with real wood or steel/iron. This actually weighs a lot and is welded of heavy-duty metal. This is well worth the month and it's so nice that I'm moving and I'm taking it out of the in-ground fire pit I made and taking it to the new house lol.

This went together easily, seems sturdy and durable, and after 3 first fires is doing well. Worked great and perfect sized for my fire pit. The additional poker is also nice and very sturdy. Not much else to say about it!

It’s perfect for my backyard and love the design. I’m happy with this product, especially the adjustable support legs. The legs help a lot with uneven fire pits. It was much thicker and more sturdy than I expected. Seems like it can last a very long time.

I ordered this Fire Pit Grate after finding an inch of water in the pit when I had planned to have a fire. The grate keeps the logs and fire about an inch and a half above the pit bottom.This helps get air under the fire as well as away from the wet bottom of the pit. The unit is large enough for my large pit ring.The grate seems well made and is very heavy. It is not likely to rust away in the foreseeable future. The unit is held up by large diameter bolts that are screwed into the bottom as pictured. If the pit bottom is soil as is mine, a brick or partial brick at each bolt might be needed to keep it from sinking. I found it unnecessary since the bottom of my pit is well tamped down and is clay.

I am sooooooo pleasantly surprised and pleased with the weight and quality of this fire pit grate.I've been trying to find a fire pit grate that hubby would approve but, every time I'd point one out, he'd shoot it down for one reason or another.Not big enough. Not heavy enough. Not sturdy enough.I took a chance on this grate. It looked fabulous to me and, guess what?He loves it!This is a heavy duty, made to last grate like you would find in State Parks.This thing is built to last. It's also the perfect size.And, the adjustable legs are perfect for our less than perfect landscapeI'm so happy I took a chance.Great grate. Built to last. Hubby approved. Win. Win. We got this grate to put inside of a 33.5in fire pit insert (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08RZN2G46) and they work perfectly together! One of the bars is a little longer than the others so we had to spin it until it would fit right, but we were able to make it work just fine.This fire pit grate is made out of high quality steel that is painted to make the rack last longer. It also has really nice steel feet under it to raise the grate up to give your fire a good amount or air circulation. This fire pit grate looks and feels like it is high quality and will last for a long time!
