I love the feel it gives you of connecting your body to your arms! It’s also very good for putting to keep your hands quiet and letting your shoulders and body do the work. It helped me with posture and I think it can be a real eye opener for someone looking to improve and connect everything in the golf swing! I would recommend this to any level of golfer. The only knock I would say is the clips don’t hold the bands the way it should near the arms. A little frustrating but overall a good product and solid concept!

The Tpro has made me more posturrally aware and the result is a much smoother and cleaner golf swing. The soft spikes are a gentle reminder to stay in my posture which has been a key flaw in my swing. Its still early yet for it to become a habit but I already see the potential. I would definitely buy this again

Easy to use and improves posture and core. Use it several tomes a week.

My first round in five weeks wasn't pretty, so I decided I needed some help. I came across the GravityFit TPro (yellow bands) to help me with my inconsistent posture. The exercises definitely helped with posture awareness, which has not only helped me with my golf game, but has also improved my posture while working at my desk. Using the TPro before each round really keeps me in a good position and my ball striking has improved significantly.

Excellent product. Really makes you realize when you are out of posture. The videos are not the best, but give you the basics.
