It very thick and comfortable. It comes up to calves. I've had mine for over a year and still doing great. These doing a good job of keeping your feet warm and wicking away moisture. I work on ships in all kinds of weather so I need socks that won't fail. I can't just go buy more whenever I want. In my 22 years of sailing Fox River is the only brand I trust. The black military style socks work great for summer conditions these Stars and Stripes are good for fall, winter, and early spring.

I have been wearing Fox River socks for almost a decade. These socks are disappointing. Honestly the first time I was ever disappointed in one of their products, especially since they were a Christmas gift from my Wife. These socks are shorter than any other pair I have purchased from Fox River, and they are stretched out after only wearing them once, resulting in them not remaining up. Very disappointing.

The title of the product is in my opinion deceptive... “FoxRiver 3 pack...” implies that you’ll get 3 pairs of socks.In reality you only get one pair. I already own a pair (bought them up north in Petoskey, MI)... and really like them.To be honest I made this purchase because I thought I’ll get 3 pairs... kind of disappointed but as I already had one pair and like it I didn’t return them. If you’re ok spending $19 on one pair the quality and comfort is there...

These socks are absolutely one of the best quality socks that I've worn. They are soft and warm. I wore them under boots as well as barefooted around the house. They keep my feet warm and comfortable both places. I cannot stress enough how absolutely soft the material while being strong enough to keep feet warm and cozy. LOVE these socks and am going to buy more. The price is great as well. I ordered medium and they fit perfectly (wear size 9 shoes. some 9.5 tennis shoes and boots depending how they are made). Ordered Large for Hubby and they fit perfectly as well,. he wears 11.5 size shoes. Love the mixedmatch effect for the flag socks; Ordered 2 pair for me so if I want to wear matched socks. can switch identical one from each pair.

Super high quality and extremely comfortable. More people need to buy American made!!!!

Soft and comfy, fit really well. They do not make your feet overly sweaty like others. I use them for skiing and work well.

Bought these for my boyfriend for Christmas last year. He LOVES them! Would definitely recommend.
