Great customer service
I understand its not going to be the exacr same as the picture, but the cluster was only 1 mm tall. However after contacting customer service they made things right

Coated with something - not the type of stone pictured.
It said it was natural, but it was coated or treated with something that makes it artificially sparkly. Not worth going through the trouble of a return, but really disappointing!

This crystal is gorgeous! Unfortunately it was a bit different from the photo (I expected a different shape but not a different kind of quartz). So I did have to buy something else, but you can never have too many crystals, amiright?!

The crystal I received didn’t look like the one in the picture for the white one I picked. It’s also very small compared to the size in picture. Would not order from this vendor again
