Does the job well, it's no medicine though
I had achilles tendinosis. With it, I can now run 6km with no pain at all. Without it after 3km I have pain for 1-2 days. So it does the job, similar than much more expensive Europe based brands.It's also thin and light enough.Quality materials, and the colour is also great. Definetely worth it.I wear it over my running socks.I am a size 9.5 and bought Medium as reccommended and it fits snuggly, which I would want for 40min. of running. If I wore a 8 I might consider downsizing to Small even. For all day or longer wear I wouldn't downsize at all though.Will buy more.However this will NOT fix the tendinitis. You have first to fix it by Shockwave therapy or heel lifts, etc. or similar methods reccommeded by your doctor, and then wear it. Might help a little while you have the tendinitis, but can also make it worse - if it allows you mentally to walk or exersize more when you shouldn't, as you should heal and fix it first.

Feels great
Used the measurement guide to help select my size. I have a similar brace from a different brand. Compared to that one, this brace fits better around the foot & heal. However, the ankle part is slightly smaller but not noticeably. I usually just wear this as a form of rehab after a workout. I'm not sure I'd wear this brace for a long period of time or during my workouts simply because of the fit around my ankle. But it definitely suits my needs and purpose.

Durable & comfortable
My husband ordered this after tearing his Achilles, once he was out of his boot for a bit of extra daily support. It was comfortable enough for daily wear, and durable enough to last that daily wear for 4-5 months!

Not so great!
It would have been a whole lot better if you didn't tear the achilles tendon more just trying to get the thing on. Way too tight, very difficult to get over the heel. 40 minutes later, Im cutting it off, as my foot is so swollen from lack of circulation, and cannot pull it off... (yes, I used the size guideline). I don't have money to waste, (and this was a waste)

Achilles support
I’ve recently injured my Achilles and this has been the ONLY thing that helps. The supports are really helpful. I’m pretty gentle on them since I feel like I’m going to rip them out every time I slide this on. But so far over the last month or so they’ve held up. Best support I’ve found. It’s also a nice compression sleeve and ankle support, but I don’t really need those for my use case. It’s nice though. I’d love this more if it was a Velcro closed wrap instead of a slip on sleeve, but it isn’t, so I’m happy with this version.

Has good support and compression. Seems to help with my Achilles tendinitis.

WWAAYY too tight.
The concept is good but it’s not compression. It’s very constrictive, way too tight.
