I don't have much to say about the 2x2 other than it works well, and don't take it apart like I did. The 2x2 is pretty hard to put back together.As for the 3x3, I never thought a cube could turn as easily as this one does. Even when I intentionally misalign a layer by almost 45 degrees, I can still turn a different orientation causing the misaligned layer to snap into place on it's own and still turn smoothly. With how well it cuts corners like that, being somewhat misaligned while quickly turning different sides isn't even noticeable. Unlike on cheaper cubes, where even a little bit of misalignment means it's hard to get other sides to turn.The 3x3 is a lot easier to put back together after taking apart than the 2x2. Also if you are taking the 3x3 apart, standard disassembly instructions you find online won't work on this cube. You need to pop the cap off the middle pieces and undo the screw in there.

A piece broke off the 3x3 cube 4 days after receiving it. So they're both getting returned.

We got the 3x3 for my 6 yr old and 2x2 for my 3 year old daughter. I can't say that it is "for beginners" because no rubix cube is for beginners in my mind, but that being said I still rate this product a five star after playing with it for several hours myself and learning the algorithms to complete the cube. We've been decently rough on them and they still work like new with no visible wear (stickers still perfectly attached, no issues turning/twisting the pieces, etc.)

So I was a beginner cuber when I bought this item. I could barely solve a Rubik's cube at this time. I had only one cube and it was a 3x3 and I loved it so much! But, I wanted a cube that would turn even better and looked a lot cooler.And then I stumbled upon this. This awesome bundle. When I saw it, I knew I had to get it. Oh, and it came with a 2x2 as well? AWESOME! It delivered really fast and came in some cool packaging. I loved that it came with two stands as well. And to this day, it is sitting on my desk and I'll play with it every day.DURABILITY: This cube has never exploded or popped but it is quite loose and I think it might pop one day.FOR BEGINNERS: This was and is still my primary cube and I learned really fast with it. I would recommend it to any person that wants to start off with a speed cube.MANEUVERABILITY: This is such an incredible cube when it comes to maneuverability. It corner cuts really well and feels very smooth.All in all, this is a great cube. I started cubing the second I got this cube. I have had it for about one week and my record is1 minute, 59 seconds, and 25 milliseconds. I can't wait to get better with my cube!!edit: a couple months have passed. I now use a GAN 356, and I average 33 seconds. My best is 18 seconds.

My son loves these. I’ve played with them, too. The 3x3 makes turns easy without having to have it lined up. It’s fun just to play with it.

I bought this to replace a broken 2x2 speed cube. The extra was just a bonus. The cubes were difficult to spin. On the first spin, three of the squares on the 2x2 popped off. They never went back on correctly. On the larger cube, the mini cubes are so hard to spin they feel like they’re going to break. The items took two weeks to get here and it was a major disappointment and waste of money.

The directions only came in Chinese and not in English. one of the corner pieces on the smaller one started to come off. Decided to return for a refund. It didn't take long for both cubes to break. Not at all happy with the product for that price. more like a 1.00 or 2.00 toy.For that price go with a better known, instuctions in english cube.

The 2X2 is good, the 3X3 locked up pretty consistently

Good quality item with nice weight, movement and clean edges free of plastic flash which can sometimes be sharp to the touch and are typical of cheaper products. 3x3 cube measures 5.5 x 5.5 x 5.5cm and 2x2 cube measures 5 x 5 x 5cm.Overall a fair deal with the benefit of Amazon's excellent shipping.

Great cube if your a beginner for advanced people it does tend to get stuck at some times if ur extremely fast movement but overall great product

The cubes are very good and have very good turning and corner-cutting. However, carbon fibre stickers were off-center, and it was quite noticeable. But good cubes overall
