Easy to install, perfect size for rope lights

I purchased these to replace the clips on my deck that hold string lights. The plastic clips that I previously purchased break each winter and require replacing each year. This product does not feel as brittle as the plastic clips and don’t seem to break as easily. I feel this is a better option than the cheap clips you can purchase.

Used to hold rope light to deck rail.

I tried several types of rope lights that were hard plastic and 7 out of 10 would snap or break when trying to insert the rope light into them. These are the perfect design as you just loop the clip over the rope light and screw it into the deck. Easy and quick with zero stress of breaking clips. Wish I had these a year ago when I installed the lights. Also a key feature is they appear to not be affected by weather which makes the plastic hard clips brittle and will break in a years time. These are great.

Actually pretty good for holding light-appliance cords up out of way or other cables, or Christmas light strings. Takes some patience to do each screw but results worth it. Materials good, both holders and screws.

At first I thought they were too small but then I put them on the rope lights (non-led set) and they fit perfect. They seemed pretty flexible and did not break like the plastic ones that came with the rope light. But even better were the screws that were shipped with them. I know that seems trivial but when the cheap screws that came with the rope light strip easily, you can appreciate ones that are well made and hold up to a power drill.
