Good price, nice looking
We have a very traditionally styled kitchen and this faucet fits in well. It replaced a shinier, more ornate set installed 15 years ago, but these days everything in stores is modern, so there weren't as many traditional choices as there were back in the early 2000s. This faucet is sleek enough that if we remodeled it would fit well into a more modern-looking kitchen, but it also has enough classic styling that it goes well in our traditionally styled early 2000s kitchen. The Spot Resist finish seems to be working well. We have had trouble with a couple of bathroom faucets becoming permanently spotted, even CLR and Lime Away haven't really helped them, which to me is a mystery as I have had good luck with those cleaners on water spots elsewhere in the house. Thanks to the Spot Resist finish on this faucet, we have no spots so far after having the faucet in about a month, but I will admit I have been trying harder to notice when the faucet is wet and then dry it off. But, there is something to the finish of this faucet that seems to deter spotting so I am very pleased about that. The finish has a soft glow -- it is listed as "stainless steel" but is a little darker and a bit less shiny than my stainless steel sink. It took me awhile to get used to it because the faucet this one replaced was chrome -- so I was used to seeing a bright shiny faucet there. I wouldn't say the finish has no shine but it is not as shiny as traditional stainless steel or the "brushed nickel" finish that has been very popular. It does have a brushed finish with a soft glow, and definitely does have some shine. I think the darker color and less shiny texture are probably due to the spot resistant finish. I would say it is worth it, as the faucet definitely is not spotting so far, and after a week or so my eyes became used to the more subtle look of this faucet compared to the bright chrome one I was used to seeing in that corner of the kitchen. This faucet was a bargain price compared to many we looked at. Our plumber installed it so I cannot comment on installation, but when we asked him before buying the new set, he did recommend that we go with either Moen or Delta for their combination of value, lasting quality and ease of installation. So far this set is working well. The sprayer is actually metal (very lightweight, but actual metal), our last one was plastic painted to look like chrome. The soap dispenser can be filled from the top -- just pull off the top pump piece and refill without having to crawl into the lower cabinet and fumble around in the dark.

Looks great, easy to install, perfect fit
I got this to replace the original (1997) faucet that had corroded and calcified at the handle and sprayer holder had broken. Instructions were clear and connecting to the water lines was easy and straightforward. The hardest part was getting the old faucet out. Ended up using a rotary tool with cutting wheel and chisel but after that hooking up the lines and installing into the sink top went quick. I didn't use the soap bottle, filtered water faucet instead, getting the spray line hooked up was the hardest part as we have a deep sink so had to go by feel. End result is great. No leaks, matched original fixtures, great volume and water pattern. Sprayer has good pressure to clean and hose is perfect length. Very satisfied with this faucet.

Great Price, product and OUTSTANDING Moen Customer Service!
For the price, the faucet and finish is wonderful. Looks very nice in my kitchen sink and functions perfectly. I had a minor (very minor) issue and Moen customer service is absolutely amazing. The support is there if needed! For the price (compared to many more expensive faucets), this is great.

Good faucet for a good price
Much easier to install and remove components from than my last faucet. Everything feels very nice and solid and I have no doubt it will last as it is a Moen. The only issue I had with installation was the spout shank on mine didn't appear to have been machined properly where the spout inserts into it. The spout wouldn't slide into place and kept getting stuck. I had to take sandpaper to the shank and after about 10 minutes or so of light sanding the spout finally slipped in and would swivel. Other than that little hangup, I have no complaints and am very satisfied with the purchase.

Pretty danged good. Disclaimer: I am a dyed-in-the-wool Kohler acolyte so, why did I buy this Moen? Well, this is for a Laundry Room stainless steel sink and I just couldn't justify peeling off Kohler bucks for a laundry room. Nevertheless, this item exceeded expectations. It was a timely arrival and the product was exactly what I ordered. First blush opening the box I was stunned to find everything so simple such that I was concerned that it wasn't all there but it was. The instructions were good making the install fairly straight forward. As you may have seen from other reviewers the lion's share of the work is in getting the old corroded one out especially while working out of position in a confined space. I won't bore you with those details. Order some Ben Gay for your neck, you'll need it. Including the lubrication for the O-ring Seals was a nice touch. It looks good and not so gaudy that it looks out of place in a laundry room. The actions are positive and smooth. I have the sense that the cartridge is on a par with Kohler and should last. I was tempted to knock off a star because in mid range between hot and cold while opened big it is a tad noisy which may have had me sending it back if it were for a kitchen but, given the price and my application, I'm satisfied. It may settle down over time and your water pressure may not even reveal it. To make a recommendation...if you're not a DIYer and calling a plumber, I would also order a change of the angle valves. Those, especially the builder grade versions, are not expected to last much longer than the faucet you had. You're going to have to visit them eventually...no time like the present while your at it. Yes, the spray nozzle and the soap dispenser are plastic but, I'm not put-off by that. Those are more likely to succumb to corrosion if made of metal. My new "high-end" faucet in the kitchen has it the same way and it was over $400. Summing up, I can recommend this product. Enjoy.
