*Update on this review. Amazon have now refunded me fully for this product*This product worked very well for 6 months but while my son was charging his phone the charger plug made a noise like a pop/bang, stopped working and smelled of burning. We unplugged it immediately, but what could have happened if we didnt? Many fires have been caused by faulty chargers. I contacted Amazon and was initially offered a refund if I returned the item but was sent a label stating the item was additional to an order, a refund would NOT issue and I would have to pay postage to return it. I was then disconnected by one service representative who told me no label option was available and was hung up on by a second when I called. He told me the 30 day return window applied to faulty items and no return was possible. He told me to contact manufacturer, but I didn't by it from the manufacturer, I bought it from Amazon. I was told there was nothing else they could do.

Really good charger to begin with. Got it on the 9th May and now for some reason it won’t charge my phone. Waste of money considering how much was paid.

I brought this for my new iPhone 13 as they don’t come with chargers no more ! Seems a really good genuine product gives a good fast charge and doesn’t heat up like most other chargers do that I’ve used . I recommend this product for any new iPhone users 100%

This product came quickly, looks and feels sturdy enough for the price and charges fast. It’s been at least a month I have it and it’s still in perfect condition and performance.

Do not buy this charger. My phone was working perfectly normal all day. Charging with my previous charger. I then plugged in this new charger when my phone was on 10%. My phone then completely died and has never turned back on since. I took it to the Apple shop and they said my phone has completely broken and does not have the ability to charge/ turn on anymore. The charger now doesn’t work on any other devices either. Do not buy

This product ooozes quality. Naturally, we need to wait to see how long it lasts, but it's done about a month with me and the family.Love the folding design, these folding designs are really maturing. :)
