It’s doesn’t work with my inhaler and it’s brand new! I read comments and I am not the only one who has this problem! They clearly need to state it in the description! I paid for it and can’t even use it! Waist of money!

A bit expensive but good at getting rid of mucus

I have used these hypertonic saline ampoules for my chronic chest infection for the last three weeks. 6 weeks ago I purchased a nebulizer and started using it daily with a saline solution. I wanted to recover from it before winter set in. I have heard of good results using saline solution rather than going along the antibiotic route. I wanted to try this sodium hyaluronate solution as it is beneficial for patients suffering from bronchiolitis, acute bronchitis, cystic fibrosis and COPD so I thought that there was a good chance it would help me too and it has. At last I was able to cough up sputum getting rid of the mucus from my lungs. I alternated with saline solution and amazingly after three weeks my lungs were clear.These Nebuliz ampoules are expensive at the current price of £ 49.95 but so worth it. By alternating with sodium solution I have only used 10 vials and with the long expiry date of June 2023, as long as I keep them below 25 deg. C I will have them at hand if I succumb to a chest infection later this year. If I do, this time I will start the treatment a.s.a.p. at the first sign of a cough. I will certainly buy them in the future as I want to have them to hand in case anyone in the family needs them.

This has added ingredients and the feedback I have is that they don’t feel that different ti regular saline when inhaling - but effects are at least as good.The large vial is a waste - my dad would’ve preferred slightly smaller ones as smaller nebulisers can take an age to consume a vialOverall very good - and good for keeping the lungs healthy and clear of mucus. But these are very expensive - over priced by about 50% - why they charge so much for to all intents and purposes is a saline solution I don’t know.
