I did some research on lemon balm and wanted to give this item a try. I purchased it a few months ago. And I must say that it definitely does have a lot of great benefits and it really does work. Lemon balm is good for relieving stress and improving overall mood, improving the digestive process, and better nights sleep. Lemon balm is also great for relieving some PMS symptoms as well. This is an amazing product to use with a lot of great benefits. I highly recommend this product. It has a great taste it's really sweet so just be mindful of this. I put a droplet under my tongue daily in the morning along with my other health benefits.

This supplement is great when you have had a stressful day or you just want to relax. It doesn't have a bad taste. This is my 2nd bottle and I will continue to buy this product.

I actually ordered this thinking it would be a tincture because I didn’t read it that well and I was pleasantly surprised. It’s sweet and herby and kind of tastes like honey, I like to put it in a cup of tea when I’m stressed. Will be buying more.

This product works very well

I started using this a few weeks ago. I have degenerative disc's in my back, so there is swelling all the time. Lately this has helped with the swelling, which has also decreased the amount of headaches I've gotten!! I refuse to take the muscle relaxers and steroids all the time, so this has been a WONDERFUL daily supplement to them!

So far it's helped me stay calm at what is a very stressful but fun job. I like the flavor too. Has soothing effects.

This bottle made it through 2 months of moderate use. It has a calming effect and is usefully for Anxiety and sleep preparedness. Would purchase again for sure.
