Good product, very well designed

The product is of poor quality. The steel is thin, and the handles get hot within 10 minutes. The pots don't fit properly and are loose, allowing steam to escape. The lid does not fit properly and has gaps

Good product at reasonable price!

The overall look and quality of the item was good. However, while I tried fitting all the components, they were loose and shaky when placed on top of each other. For further testing, I decided to boil water in the bottom container and as anticipated, the steam escaped from the sides. On closer scrutiny also found a very small crack in one of the containers (that was not the reason for the leaks). As it wasn't going to meet my purpose, had to return the item. Was pretty disappointed as I was all set to prepare dumplings in it.

The steamer appears to be well-constructed and durable.The quality of the steel is satisfactory, however, it would be beneficial if the manufacturer specified the steel grade.There are two areas where the manufacturer could improve the product:1. Leakage of steam from the junction of the bottom pot and the steamer pot.2. The handles become hot during use.Overall, this is a good product that comes with a 2-year warranty.

I recommend this product for the ease with which vegetables get steamed. Great way to cook healthy vegetables and cooks really fast! Family loves it. The only concern is that the vessels are not super sturdy and can get damaged if not handled with care.

Not the best quality, distorts very easily so doesn’t fit together well allowing steam to easily escape but at the price to be expected.

Not up to the task. Poor design. The pans don't fit together properly, which creates gaps and allows steam to escape - poor for cooking and dangerous for handling. Heat spreads to the handles, which should have protective coating. The pans aren't deep enough. Instead of being evenly spread across the pans, the concentration of the holes in the centre means the steam doesn't pass through properly. You get what you pay for...
