Do not recommend this product. First of all, the way the product was delivered was pathetic to say the least.It was wrapped in a single plastic like grocery. No care taken absolutely. The product had scratches and it had was a used product as there were cloth thread stuck in the fan. The connecting wire is so short that.. even my cellphone charger wire is longer than this. The plastic used looks cheap and totally not worth 2.5k.Looking at the product quality my first impression was that, it was a "Made in China" product. I was shocked to see "Made in India"!I would suggest, improve the quality of the product and make it more sturdy and reliable. Please be generous in providing the connecting wire. Also, definitely improve the way you package and deliver the product. It's not a grocery but an electronic product and it requires proper packaging.

I used the machine for 2 months, after which unfortunately, it stopped working. However, the customer service was amazing and they are getting me a replacement quickly.Apart from that, the machine is convenient for washing clothes. You should not overload it with clothes and fill water to the appropriate level to minimize splashing. Around three rinses are required to get rid of the detergent completely, but the product minimizes the labor you put while also washing the clothes better than you can by hand.

It's motor is powerful. Can wash upto 5 clothes. Cleans effectively.

This works good for our family. We use this to wash our kids uniform. If we have stains, we need to soap that area before using the machine.It is very useful to wash daily wears with less efforts

Waste of money.. I used it only for 1 month.. it got spoiled..now I am not able to get it corrected..useless

I like this machine and this machine is very useful for little baby clothes .if you want the hygiene for little one .i recommend for baby clothes.machine price is very reasonable and easy to use .i recommend to everyone who wants to buy this machine .

- Burning smell whenever the motor is on.- Water spilling out of the bucket and over the motor itself.- No at all stable while left on its own, you need to hold it (Shock Risk).

This product is of no use. Though motor is strong but it's get heat up in an around 2-3 min.With its strong rpm, it spin so fast that instead of cleaning clothes, water get out of bucket easily leading to reduced water level than minimum water level required under which this machine won't work. A specific marking is itself made on the machine mentioning minimum water level. At the time of purchase it was mention of only replacement will be done and not returned. So while placing order please think atleast 10 times since the price is also much higher as compared to its functioning
