A good choice for the battery-endowed
This item has a solid feel to it with reasonably thick plastic edging. Crucially, it has a hinged lid so can be used both vertically (wall-mounted) or horizontally (in a drawer). The lid isn't flat (so don't expect to place much on top), has no catches to lock it shut and tends to press down on some of the AA batteries. The storage sockets themselves are slighly angled so batteries point upwards (and stay in) when the case is vertical and have holes in the back - presumably to reduce plastic usage/weight/cost though this does reduce the flexibility of the case (you can't store AAA batteries in an AA slot without them falling out). On the other hand, some of the sockets are a tight fit, and the holes make it possible to push out a stuck cell. It should also be possible to use the mounting points (no screws provided) to fit a plastic or wood backing, if needed. The battery tester is a digital version, displaying voltage on an LCD screen - as long as you know the correct charge levels for each cell type, this is a more accurate and flexible tool than the ones with a meter. It is easily removeable from the case, and a useful addition. The small container for watch batteries (called "flat batteries" in the manual - heh) is a nice idea in theory but flawed in practice. It is hinged so it can rotate, facing forwards when the case is vertical, upwards when horizontal - but this doesn't always happen resulting in the watch batteries spilling out. Removing batteries is also difficult without rotating the case, causing them to all spill out again. The 5 recesses are overly large even for a CR2032 cell - foam padding would have been a better choice here. This unit would benefit from a carrying handle, some type of catch on the lid and a rethink on watch cell storage. But for £17 it is still a pretty good deal.

Battery Organiser
The Storage Case is well made and all the Battery compartments allow Batteries to be stored and removed with ease with the exception of the "D" sze compartments which are a fairly tight fit for the Batteries but NOT a problem for me!The reason for only 4 stars is that the Battery tester failed after being used a couple of times but I didn't wish to return the Battery Case so Amazon told me to discard the device and they gave a me a Gift voucher to purchase another Batter Tester so i ordered one which appeares to be identical to the faulty one and so far it works fine!

Great storage box
This is a great buy to store all your batteries rather than having them cluttered in a draw , only downfall is the lid dose not have a clip to lock the lid shut . Comes with a battery life checker , would recommend this .

Well made product that does the job!
A brilliant case that does a great job of holding various sizes of batteries in a neat and organised fashion.Made from solid plastic with a closing lid for security and can also be wall mounted although I am yet to do this.It stores the larger size batteries which we don't use so you can make the most of this space by blocking off the hole at the bottom (a coin or bottle cap works) and utilising it for other batteries!

Some batteries get stuck mixed reviews and overpriced
The product is good, it stops the hunt for endless batteries and searching through a junk drawer which is a plus. The top isn’t flat so you can’t stack in a cupboard which is a little annoying but not the end of the world.Main gripe: some of the compartments fit in batteries but get stuck! So I have 4 permanently lodged batteries that I cannot use. The compartment sizes vary even when they’re meant for the same sized battery.I would say it’s overpriced for these facts but haven’t retuned due to the fact I didn’t think I could because of the blimmin stuck batteries!

Brought order to chaos
I hadn't realised boxes for sorting and storing batteries were available until i was looking for batteries online. I felt this box was the best value - the right size and with a battery tester. Very prompt delivery. Very reasonable price. The tester works. No more batteries in a jumble and not knowing if they had died.

Great for organising your batteries
This is a study storage box with spaces for all sizes of battery and a handy battery tester. The only reason I have given it 4 stars instead of 5 is that the lid is shaped so that it's too low in the centre for AA batteries, and so it doesn't close all the way. I've had to use an elastic band to keep it closed. Excellent apart from that, and it takes up very little room on the shelf.

Battery Organiser!
Love this as keeps all your batteries in one place and you can see them all at a glance and know which ones you have. Also has a battery tester so you really know if they need replacing and not just guessing
