Sellers are not honest
I purchased one of the robots and it didn’t work properly. It kept disconnecting from the internet, it wouldn’t connect to SmartThings and after a while it would not go back to the charging port. I sent it back because there was not option to replace it and the seller tried to charge me $125 for a restock fee that it’s mentioned. The seller was not responsive and I had to go through Amazon to get my money back.

Don't bother with this vacuum, janky wifi.
I really wanted this to work, but it just doesn't want to. I have tried everything from using an android phone and a iphone to try to use the smart things app to connect. It connects to the network and the phone, It starts up and says it's mapping, but it just sits there. It dismounts from the dock, then it just sits there.As far as the suction and battery life, I wouldn't know because the thing never moved more than 3 inches from the dock.I spent 3 days trying to get the thing to work along with being on the phone with tech support and decided to go with another vacuum.There is 3 days of my life I am not getting back.
