Safer but not as effective as hoped
I am trying to find a better method of cleaning out ear wax. While I agree that this product is safer to use than Q-tips, I don't really feel like it properly cleans out my earwax. I will keep looking for a better way, but I will definitely use this product instead of Q-tips.

Ear wax cleaner
Unlike a cotton swab that pushes wax into ear, twisting this removes the wax. I just wish the part that enters the ear was a little bigger for more control

Did not come with cleaning brush.
The ear tool itself seems to work okay, but this did NOT come with the cleaning tool that is mentioned in the listing. Also don't expect the little leather pouch that other people got in these reviews—mine also didn't come with that.

The media could not be loaded. Let me just start off by saying my ears are ALWAYS getting clogged. I go to the doctors office to get my ears professionally flushed at least once a year. With that being said, I have been looking for a tool to help me safety and comfortably remove ear wax on a regular basis to avoid getting completely clogged as often. This product is it yall! At first I though will this even fit into my ear? YES! It fits perfectly and feels so good. And it comes with a little cleaning brush and case to match! This is a win in my book. Plus the case has a little key ring attached making it that much more convenient! Get it!

It does what it says on the tin
Definitely better than using Q-tips. Springy design is nice. Not concerned about injury, etc.

Decent Ear Cleaning Tool
When I first used the product, I was actually skeptical as to how well it would work, but as I've used it I've found that it actually does a great job getting the wax out of your ear. Sometimes I try to put my earbuds in and find that I have too much wax buildup for a good sound, and then I clean it out with this tool and that does the trick. I'd definitely recommend this product to anyone wanting cleaner ears. My only complaint is that it is difficult to clean in between the coils of the spring, but the clean ears make it worth the effort.
