Very nice
This is a nice set from Austin Bazaar. I am learning having almost no prior experience. My requirements for a digital piano were 1) 88 keys, 2) "real" piano feel and 3) a good sustain pedal. The FP-30X fulfills that nicely. The pedal looks like it was added by Austin Bazaar which was a nice bonus being much better quality than the one that comes with it. The stool and stand were okay, but I ended up not using them. The stool would hurt my back, so I got another one with a back rest. The stand is a generic one but was slightly unstable as the piano did not fit onto it perfectly. Also, my legs would tend to bump the crossbar of the stand. I got another stand from K&M which was rock solid and has no crossbars. One feature I was not looking for, but should have was the Bluetooth support (IN/OUT). It's fantastic to use with learning apps. A real game changer. The BT connection worked flawlessly. With this piano you pretty much need to use the Roland App (IOS or Android, I don't know about PC). While you could change the settings via the buttons/keys on the piano, it's convoluted and a hassle. For example, to change voices you need to look up the key combination in the user manual which is in small type. You select the voice by pressing one of three buttons and one of the piano keys at the same time. It wouldn't be so bad if the keys were labelled, but they're not. There are labels but they are for something else and are hard to read. Similar situation for other settings and there are a lot of them. And you can't tell what they are currently set at. Using the App, it's a breeze.I've been "playing" this piano for four months now. Very happy with it.

Sounds and feels like an analog piano
I love this digital keyboard and the sound it produces. I can set it up and take it down quickly, the feel is just like a real piano, and it is full size. It’s hefty but not too heavy, feels solid on the stand. Hours of play, and it will never get out of tune.

Well done!
Five freaking stars. Came pristinely packaged, no missing parts/pieces, the stand is very sturdy and functions/adjusts smoothly. Im a bigger gal and the bench is honestly not nearly as uncomfortable as I thought it would be, in fact it is quite cushy. The piano itself is beautiful, simple, and elegant. The weighted keys make it feel like the real deal.

Beautiful piano but could have issues with the keys
Pros- looks beautiful- sounds good, and feels good compared to YamahaCons- terrible speakers; can't handle full volume; buzzes- keys can make click sounds but that is because of grease and known issue. You don't need to return, it'll get better if you click the key a 100 times- terrible control: volume is not slider. So there is no measure of actual volume control apart from just pressing the button repeatedly.- terrible selections: the preselect buttons are bad because there's no labeling. Very very lazy effort in UX

I didn't unbox this but I tried one in the store
The action is fine, feels almost as piano like as the kawai in the same price range - definitely good enough for me to practice on and transition to a good acoustic piano with no problems. I didn't care for the surface of the keys particularly - I'm not sure why manufacturers think that ivory keys feel a bit rough or textured. The ones I've played on don't feel like that. I decided on the kawai because it sounded better to me on the default piano and was simple - I don't really end up using all the bells and whistles because I'm happy and challenged to practice the piano from printed sheet music, memory and improvisation. Definitely try everything in a store before you buy. A home trial with something like this (large and heavy to ship, lot's of work to unpack, set up and repack) is not a good idea at all

Great value and quality. Even stand is really nice
This keyboard piano itself is beautiful and well-priced at $699. The accompanied stand and stool and pedal bar is of a way higher quality then I expected. It is easy to put together. The stand is about three main pieces and my 6 year old helped me. The pedal bar I attached photos to show it goes over the metal- that took me a few minutes to figure out. You do screw the stand into the bottom of keyboard and there are already holes for that. The keyboard did fit on my regular stand but this keyboard is very heavy and I probably wouldn’t recommend that. It also wouldn’t be fun to travel with. Otherwise the difference of this and my Yamaha PSR-EW300( which I loved) are extremely different. This sound and the weighted keys and functions are just beautiful and more realistic. I love it!

Terrible customer service
I was very excited about receiving digital piano with adjustable stand and a bench as a bundle.I love the piano. But that's where my happiness ends.Bench is very small. On the picture it looks like it is designed for 2 people, yet it's too small for 1 person.Stand is very unstable. Piano moved from the top few times and almost broke. You have no leg room. I am a very tall person and that's a huge issue.I've reached out to the customer service few times. By phone - nobody ever answers. Via e-mailed, I was told I can return the whole bundle but not just the bench and the stand. Return for sure is one way of fixing the problem, but please read it carefully small notes. If you open the box, the item is used, so you will face 20% restocking fee, that's a little over $150!The fact that you cannot talk to the real person is so frustrating. It definitely ruined my excitement and happiness from getting the piano from this seller Austin Bazaar. I will never buy anything from them again.
