Worst product I bought in Amazon
First I received my product with the ON/OFF button broken, and no Instructions manual on it. I called and they replaced it for a new one.The second arrived with all included, but when you move the cable that connects to the electricity just goes on and off just by moving it. Even tho, I tried to use it.When I used it I couldn’t move back the button that switches the coffee into the steamer, so I had to disconnect the electricity to turn this off.In the end, I couldn’t make not even 1 coffee with 2 of these.Waste of time and money. Thanks, I’m refunding this item

Just Espresso machine, not a cappuccino maker!!
Inoperative machine, only dispensing coffee, steam/ frother do not work. While dispensing cappuccino mode steam exiting from top tank, it seems blockage in pipes.As per you tube instructions, if steam coming out from top water tank nozzle, it means something is wrong.
