2 weeks and already flat
I've only had this item for less than two weeks and with just regular use, it's already flattened on the near the corner of my eyes and isn't expanding properly around the edges. As well, it's made out of a weirdly scratchy material that isn't super comfortable around my eyes. It works better than nothing, but just isn't a very good design at all.Unfortunately, I already threw the box away so I can't return it but I wouldn't recommend.

Uncomfortable for side-sleeper
This will not work for anyone who is a side-sleeper. It is bulky and pushes up on the side of your nose making it very uncomfortable and hard to breathe out of the nostril that is pillow-sided.

Great for those who has eyelash extentions....for awhile
Packed very well and came with ear buds and a little bag to hold everything. I wish the bag was longer so I dont have to fold my mask to make it fit though since I'm not sure how the shape will hold yet.I bought these specifically because I had my eyelashes done and didn't want them to get rubbed out while I slept. They work well and am a happy customer with long-lasting lashes now :)2 months update: the ends lost its shape and are now flat after 2 months. It still blocks out some light but lost some of its comfort

Terrible design. A true sleeping hazard.
Are you trying to stop a nosebleed? Want a device to pinch the sides of your nose for you? Then this mask is for you!But seriously, unless you are a mouth breather, this product will restrict your air supply while you sleep. In a 4 hour period, I repeatedly dreamed that I was unable to get air, to the point of panic, about 100 times! My sinuses weren't clogged; I don't have a snoring problem; I was just wearing this terrible sleep mask for the first time was all. I might wake up because of the light 2 or 3 times over an 8 hour period, but I never wake up to get air. I'll take a light-filled room over this nightmare any day.Seller, please take this to heart:Your problem is not the smooth and posh material, the size or elasticity of the adjustable headband, the color options you provide, the free earplugs you send as a bonus gift, or the speedy delivery. Those things need no changing, and boost your rating in this review by 2 full stars. And you still only get 1 star! Because a negative 1 star is what you deserve when your product nearly suffocates its excited buyer (and now alarmed victim) in their sleep. My head and nose are of average size and shape. Your mask doesn't sit right on the face because of two critical engineering oversights. First, the headband attaches at the same latitude as the hollow space you provide for a person's eyes. But standard human anatomy puts the top of the ears with the upper brow. Since headbands are designed to go above the ears, you have essentially designed a product that aligns a hollow space for one's eyes with the forehead above one's eyes. Are eyeglasses designed this way? See the attached graphic. Or just google images of eyeglasses. Your mask is designed for some alien facial anatomy, not a human's.Second, there is no reason to make the bridge of the mask so wide. A single pillowed layer would do, but you have manufactured two pillow layers, plus an additional narrow space between them. That's 3 times wider than it should be. The consequence being that the lower pillowed layer presses against the sinuses just enough to restrict air flow in the nasal cavity. When worn for 30 minutes or longer, this restriction becomes outright blockage of the nasal airway. I don't know about your other customers (and potential customers), but I like not having my air intake cut off when I'm unconscious. It's actually better to turn the mask inside out and suffer with the discomfort of wearing the flat part flush against your eyeballs. That's how bad your pillowed design is. It's like you handed the project to an art student who had no anatomical training in human facial anatomy. The end product looks pretty, but it does not lend itself to the native structures of our skull. In fact, what you have created is a safety hazard, and should come with a warning not to wear it for extended periods of time while unconscious.TOTAL FAILURE.

15/10:
I need blackout quality darkness to sleep and I’ve been through so many masks in my lifetime but this is the one. It’s crazy because the most expensive one I bought was similar to this style and at $19.99, it didn’t meet the standard this mask did. No matter what mask I buy they always either fall off while I’m tossing or turning or let light in through the nose groove or my face feels smashed against the eye cups. Not this mask! I naturally have especially long eyelashes and they don’t rub against the mask at all. The eye pockets are deep enough that you could probably wear a full eyeshadow look and it wouldn’t rub. I also sleep with a silk bonnet and it doesn’t slip at all even when you toss and turn. I can’t believe how well this mask works considering the price. Definitely purchasing another for my backup stash.
