I bought this cap to protect my hair while sleeping with my CPAP. I was getting lots of breakage from the strap around my head tugging on my hair. I have a large head, and this said it was a larger size. However, it's definitely not large enough for my head plus my thicker hair! I don't know how people use it as it's intended if their hair is thick or their head is large, as mine is. It covers the part of my head where the strap hits, which I guess is a bit helpful. But I don't recommend this to anyone who has a lot of hair or a bigger head - and especially not when you have both!! lol

I like that this sleep cap doesn’t have elastic which makes marks on my ears and forehead. The ties in the back keep it snug on my head and it is comfortable all night. The silk is substantial and keeps my curly hair in place, which cuts down on frizz and the need to shampoo so often which is hard on curls. It’s a bit small, but I have short hair, so it is fine for me. Not sure if it is large enough for hair much longer than mine.

I use a chin strap at night. My hair started thinning where the strap was touching... I read somewhere that you can use silk to protect your hair from falling out.. Silk has certain proteins I guess?? I have been using this product for a while now and even though I cannot tell if my hair is growing back at that spot, I can tell almost for certain that it's not thinning out any more... If you are using a CPAP and a chin strap AND you still have hair, try it out... Good luck..

This bonnet does not stay on my head! First of all, it has to be tied on which I was not made clear in the product description. And no matter how tight I tie it, it comes off while I sleep. What bonnet does not have an elastic band??? It was a complete waste of money.

It's comfortable to wear and keeps my head warm in cold weather. My hair does look better in the morning than it would if I didn't use it, but I can't seem to tie it so it will stay put. Sometimes I wake up with the front of it at my eyebrow level. I have two of them in different colors.

This bonnet protects your strands, it’s soft and comfortable. My hair is natural 3C curls. I often wear it blown out and my length is a little past the center of my back. This bonnet has me covered whether my hair is straight or curly.

Tightening/tying the cap creates a hole in the back that your hair comes out of, defeating the purpose of the cap.

The quality of the silk is nice. Not too thin. I've only been using it for a week so I may do an update after more use. My hair is relaxed and right above shoulder length so the fit is perfect for me. Keeps my hair from being damaged by my pillow case and helps retain moisture. I may purchase another one as back up.
