Wonderfully therapeutic and effective foam roller. I use this daily as a part of many therapeutic products to help somewhat relieve pressure and tightness my back from nerve damage and now a recent car accident on top of that. This is a very firm type of roller so if you're looking for softer you may need to get something different, but I have found that the strong pressure on my back and shoulders is what I need to really press out the tension after a long day. It does have a tendency to slide on my hardwood floor so I use it on carpet and the grip is fine. Just a minute or two of rolling helps tremendously and I would absolutely recommend giving foam rollers a try if you have muscle tension as well. Recommended.

Love product. I use in Pilates class. It's the perfect size, love that it covers my entire back and perfect for classes or at home. I wish it came with a carry case, for easy transport.

I bought this roller for a different purpose than it is normally used for. I have vertigo and cannot lay flat when doing floor exercises and I put it behind my neck. However, It is also great for targeting specific areas that need relief and is sure a lot easier to travel with. I have a large roller but never take it with me whereas this one I can.
