From what we can see some of the elements inside the toaster are not working (upon arrival) and in order to return it, I have to pay for shipping (no small amount). I will never buy from a third party seller. The AtoZ return doesn’t seem to be working either. Save yourself the trouble.

Tiene un diseño maravilloso y funciono muy bien en sus primeros usos, lo único que creo se le podría mejorar seria que el cable fuera retractil o que se contemplara en su diseño espacio para el cable y su clavija, no solo esos ganchillos para detener el cable y que quede estorbando la clavija, sino un diseño en forma, creo a los diseñadores les falta que resuelvan ese detalle y seria el mejor tostador del mundo !!!

I don't usually get excited about appliances, but this sure brought a smile to my face. The price is fair, the service in receiving it was the usual good Amazon experience. Now about the toaster. It's flat out pretty. The design is like nothing else out there. It's super easy to use. It toasts beautifully be it a slice of bread or a bagel. Several people have mentioned that the face panel is pale. I've had no problem seeing it. Also, after a few days, you know where the setting is that you want so you don't even have to look for it. Also, I love the feature that allows me to see how much toasting time is left. Your toast pops up when done and you can easily lift the lever to raise it high enough not to burn your fingers when taking it out of the toaster. I did go ahead and buy the extended warranty. The price spread over a 3 year period is cheap insurance that the toaster is covered. This was an excellent choice. If you buy this toaster, you'll keep it.

Gorgeous and works like magic worth the money.

Mainly use for bread toasting but bagels will fit nicely. Perfect even toasting every time.
