Southpole Mens Twill Jogger

When it comes to buying pants I'm a bit picky, but these are really great. The feel of the twill fabric is actually very surprisingly soft and thick. It feels sturdy, especially for a pair of joggers. The fit was just right as well, and I think they look surprisingly flattering. I like the way they aren't too baggy, and hug my figure without looking plastered on, either. I'm kind of curvy and on the shorter side, but the medium fit me wonderfully. I went with the olive colored pants, and personally I am satisfied. The color is also really nice, and goes well with a lot of stuff. The drawstrings have metal aglets on the ends, which honestly make the pants feel higher quality. I also haven't had any issues with losing the drawstrings in the waistband yet, either. Which sometimes is an issue with similar pants, but not these. The only downside is that the interior of the side pockets is made of a flimsy silky material, which could rip if you put certain stuff in them I guess. For me it's not a huge issue, as I don't carry anything except my phone or wallet in my pockets typically. All in all though, awesome pants. Loved them so much, I bought a second pair!

Theses are nice joggers for my 14 year old son. He is 5'5 and weighs135lbs. His waist is about a 32-33. The medium fits great. They are a nice alternative to the sweat pant material when he wants to look a bit more dressed up. They help up fine to washing. So far so good. He's had them a couple weeks so if I notice any problems with durability I'll let you all know. The price at $19.99 was ok compaired to what you can find in the stores. Update Dec. 2018--- Over the past two years I've bought five or so pair of these pants for my son. He likes the way they're cut and how comfortable they are to wear . I've been pleased with the quality of the stitching and the cloth they are made of. They DO seem to fade a bit with multiple washing and drying and I've noticed very minimal shrinking but no worse than I expected. My son is now 15 yrs old , weight around 115 - 120 lbs , approx 5' 6. Waist approx 29-30 inches ,With a slim frame. I ordered size small with my last order and they fit him fine with a bit of extra room in the waist , they aren't tight but more on the roomy side. The length is perfect on him. I still think these are a decent buy for $19.95.

Comfortable. And fit well. The one gripe I have is with the black color pants and the material, they pick up and every bit of dust and hair is visible.

I bought 2 pairs - a size large for one son and a size medium for the other. The large ones didn’t look so great on one son - too baggy and bulky. The medium fit the other son perfectly. He’s thin and about 5’7”ish. I washed them several times. They come out of the dryer not too wrinkled (for a 19 year old guy, that is) and soft. Hold up pretty well..

UPDATE: I’ve come to realize that these pants are just not sized properly. The trunk increases as you go up in size but the legs barely change at all. I know this because I ordered an XL and the legs are still tight to my skin while the trunk looks a whole parachute around me. The QC has seemed to go downhill because when I bought my first pair or two of these pants a couple years ago, everything was great and everything fit the way it should’ve. Now every time I buy a pair I put them on and they are extremely tight and require extensive stretching to get them to fit right …. It’s just a pain in the butt. I don’t want to have to do that every time I put a pair of pants on. I think Southpole needs to pull some samples and check for consistency because everything seems all out of whack now. ORIGINAL: These are wonderful pants. They're not made in China. Just a heads up, they love to shrink when not being used, especially after you unbox these from sitting out in the cold or after coming out of the dryer, sometimes even if they just sit in your dresser for long enough. All it takes is a hard stretch in the tight areas and they go back to normal. Here is an example of what the pants look like shrunk versus stretched to normal. For context, this pair in Large I just took out of the packaging and is the first time I wore them. They were extremely tight when I put them on, so I stretched the left leg and didn’t touch the right leg so you can see how tight it is.

I was looking for something between sweat pants and jeans for wear around the house or on a quick errand and these Southpole jogger pants fit the bill. They are soft and fit well around the waist with their elastic waist band. They look much nicer than sweats but are more comfortable than jeans. For the price, how could I resist

This is closer to a hard style pant to avoid confusion. Not sweatpants material. More formal choice for wearing in public.

These are super nice quality pants. They are cut very nice. My son is 10, chunky in the gut, butt and legs, and these look great on him. The elastic waist and ankles make them easy to wear and adjust, and remove the need to hem them for length. They are a nice colour and the fabric is durable and a good weight. Planning to get him a few more pairs.

My 16 year old son loves this type of pant but they can be hard to find in stores, and he was very happy to get these. He likes the drawstring and cuffed ankle style. I was hesistent to by pants online, but these were absolutely perfect! I bought a grey pair and the tan pair and both were accurate to size and long enough. The quality was much better than I expected and I can honestly say these are now some of the nicest pants he owns and he absolutely loves them. He is quite tall and the length was good, and the Medium fit well. I plan to get them in the rest of the colours. My husband even wants to get a pair, lol.
