You always need to machine sew after you iron on inplace

I'm not sure about using a blow dryer. I used a iron on mine.

Q: How do you apply these?

You iron them on. I pinned them on then flipped the jacket around and ironed on the jacket side. The heat went through the jacket to the patch.
