Amazing Continuation to Bakemonogatari
I decided to watch this series through the official watch order (Bake, Kizu, Nise, etc.) and it has not disappointed so far. I watched Bakemonogatari about three weeks ago and I finally got around to watching the first Kizu, and boy, it is great. It's emotional, tense, and the shifting art styles is absolutely beautiful and riveting. I teared at places due to just how attached I became to the characters after Bake, so I highly recommend watching Bake first. It enhances an already fantastic experience greatly.

Great animation, great story
The 3 Kizumonogatari are my favorites of the Monogatari series, as they have a nicer resolution, animation, audio, and overall execution of OVA's. I definitely suggest watching all three. I watched the threee Kizumonogatari before the series because its set before the anime series, but was released very late as a story from the author and then animated later than the anime, as I understand it as well. They explain Araragi's character development and his relationship with Himekawa.

It's more like the manga than the anime series

It was alright
If you haven't read the novels for this one idk how it could be enjoyable. It seems to lack something the anime series has in adapting the light novels. Still visually stunning and worth watching just dont know if I could recommend it to a friend as their first experience with monogatari series. Best to start in the proper order the other 2 parts of this story are great though

Not about the vampires, do not think these movies are vampire movies.
Don't start this franchise by watching these movies, don't watch these movies if you are still younger, don't watch these movies if you care about fan-service, don't watch these movies if you don't understand cultural differences between your native country and japan. Not to sound big brain but quite honestly most poor reviews sound like something I would have said back when i was a kid, not recommended for younger audiences.

So worth it!
This movie is super sweet! I just finished reading the book and had to see the anime. I ended up purchasing all 3 movies. Just finished watching part One and it did not disappoint. The mixed medium art style adds to the atmosphere of the story, which is bad ass all on its own. Leaves you on a nice cliffhanger; ready to watch part Two.
