Easy to install and revived my ailing water heater.
Other than draining the tank, it was an easy 15-minute job to replace the upper and lower elements in my 55 gallon heater. Saved me the cost of replacing the heater which had been producing lukewarm water and running out in a few minutes. Works like new again.

Works good. Price is right. I knocked off a star because of the blister packaging. The plastic was so tight against the rods that it took awhile to remove it without damaging the unit. I suppose soaking it in hot water would have made it easier but I already had my heater shut down and didn't want to heat water on the stove. Whoever invented blister packaging should have their head blister packaged.If you don't have a 1 1/2 inch socket you would do well to also buy the Camco 09883 5" Residential Screw-In Water Heater Element Wrench for just a few dollars more. I don't think you could use an open wrench since most units are recessed in the heater.

Appears to work as supposed to.I marked easy t install - after draining, cleaning out the sludge, etc.BTW if you don't already know, cleaning out all the crud in the bottom of the tank is essential or you'll just burn out the replacement too (bottom).

WORKS GREAT!!!
Heating elements arrived on time, fit perfectly and are still going strong! They were a fraction of the name brand elements. I would definitely recommend these to anyone as a budget-friendly alternative to buying a new water heater.

Bought two. One of them failed right after install. Caused me a big headache, trying to figure out what was wrong. Won't buy any more from this company.

I bought two of these and they both erupted inside me water heater, I was sure to replace them with the proper wattage but i guess the materials are not good quality. Went to Rona and bought two new ones issue was fixed.
