Q: How can I wear this without feeling choked? I have larger breasts so some of the ties don’t work on me.

I have the same problem being 5’4,125 lbs and 34C cup size. I cannot wear the dress as shown just crisscrossed in the front, but after playing with it for a bit, I was able to crisscross it, tie a knot in the front at the top of the cross cross, and then tie it around my neck and you can adjust where the knot is up or down to get the right coverage. I will also slip in a bra enhancer cup just to keep my boobs in the right place. Once you figure out how to best style it to fit your body, it’s a winner in my opinion.

Yes,it can be suitable for a nursing breastfeeding dress,The straps at the neckline can be adjusted by itself.
