To be honest I was skeptical on buying this product m because it was a lot cheaper than others, but to my surprise it was perfect. It’s sturdy, and spacious to fit my 3, and 1.5yr old. I think this is a really great investment for mamas that have babies that love to be right next to them while they wash dishes. My 1.5 year old now “helps me wash dishes” I let her hold some dishes or hold the sponge. It’s really cute.

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my granddaughter and I am incredibly disappointed with it. We didn't open it until we were ready to put it together and when we opened the box, we found the tower was broken beyond repair. One of the pieces was broken all the way through and another was bent. I have no confidence this would hold up and be safe for my granddaughter to use. The box did arrive damaged, but not enough to explain the damage inside.

I ordered the white version listed last year (according to my order history) and my son uses it daily and has never had an issue. It works great for him, never fell over, and the only damage to it is scuff he has made. So of course i was going to get the same for my daughter who now has interest in getting on my son’s kitchen helper. I ordered the white, it got delivered to the wrong address so I had to get a replacement. However, the white was no longer available, so we went with the grey option.First one comes and I get it out to put it together and the top rail is broken in two. Clean cut like it was cute with a saw. I request an exchange and the other came and I got it out this morning to set it up. It’s broken the exact same way on the top rail and the second rail. Then I look at the other side and it’s actually cracked and almost in two as well on the top and second rails. I am choosing a different kitchen helper. I don’t want the thing to collapse with my kids on it! There’s clearly some type of defect.The shipping boxes were in perfect condition both times.

Best price for a toddler tower I found. The first shipment came broken. Both side panels on the bottom were completely cracked through. I talked to Amazon and they sent a replacement right away. They were also able to have UPS come pick the broken one to ship back. Assembly was easy - even with a toddler helping. It’s stable, safe and has a good weight to it. I like that I got it in white so it blends in with the kitchen and bathroom.

Nice quality for the money. Son loves to watch what we’re doing in the kitchen. Very easy to assemble in about an hour.

I loved this standing tower for my child, but after a month one of the side pieces has cracked all the way through in the middle of the board. It is starting to crack in a different place on the same side. My child weighs 13 pounds and does not stand on the side bar so there is no reason it should have cracked.Unfortunately, it is past the return window and I cannot find a way to contact the company. I loved the product, but am highly disappointed with the quality.

I've been using this kitchen helper for three months and it is indeed a help in the kitchen! Now my daughter helps me wash veggies and fruits, and sometimes help mix up some stuff, or add seasoning to the food. There's definitely less yelling during cooking time now ;) Also like this really elegant and gender neutral color a lot.

The first one was broken, then I trying to replace it! I was hoping someone can pick it up to return, but the ups guy just left the return label on my door without knocking! Then I have to drop it off! I was expecting the new one , but the second one I got can not the assembled! And the part G also missing! Totally wasted my time!
