Great taste, price ok, bonus that the capsules are compostable

The coffee tastes great but I'm not sure the Individually wrapped pods are necessary.The pods themselves are compostable, which is great, but individual foil packets for each seems excessive.Great pods for the price, however.

These pods kept failing in my machine. Waste of money

Ben oui, habituellement les capsules compostables, c'est pas terrible au niveau goût, mais bon là c'est du Vergnano, qui à l'expresso bar est un des meilleurs que j'ai goûté, mais je parle là à la tasse au bar.A la Nespresso, on a un résultat certes moins bon, mais le café demeure très bon : doux et puissant, pas d'amertume, on sent très peu l'emballage compostable en bouche, bref très réussi, de l'expresso italien comme je les aime.A la hauteur des capsules Nespresso, mais qui sont plus chères.J'en recommanderais sans hésiter.

The idea is that the capsules are “compostable”, but that only means that specific recycling centers can incinerate them. You cannot really put them in your home compost, and in Germany they cannot be recycled in the “Gelber Sack”. All capsules all individually packed into another, different plastic bag (why?!?). The result is in an ecological monster that maybe works out in some Italian municipality, but in countries where real recycle and reuse is programmed, is a flop.What has to be mentioned is the monstrous space those boxes occupies. If you get a month or two supply, you need to plan your storage. I cannot understand why the single capsule needs to be individually packaged. The space and weight used for transport also contributes to CO2 pollution - the fact that you do not calculate it, doesn’t mean it’s not there.That is the typical approach thought to be a good idea but which fails miserably when exported where it makes no sense. It’s a pity because the coffee is good and the price is reasonable for the quality, but we cannot really manage those boxes, not can we accept this waste and pollution.

Sehr guter Kaffee - keine Frage. Da will man aber eine Kaffeekapsel die kompostierbar ist und dann wird jede einzelne Kapsel in eine Kunststoffverpackung gesteckt. Das ist schon ein Schildbürgerstreich. Kann ich daher nicht empfehlen.
