They are scammers.
I purchased their product almost 6months now. They mentions MS Office lifetime and an antivirus along with this product. And after delivery and installation they have made 5 star rating compulsory to get anitvirus. I did that and they gave 1 year subscription antivirus which is already used and only 3month subscription is left. In first 10days, windows got crashed, and MS office is gone. I asked them to reinstall and give they did and that too trial version, which is again gone after a month. Now I cant use MS office, and return window is closed and their team stopped responsing. Very smart collective effort to cheat customers and sell their product. First time I bought second hand machine. I always buy new machinary because of this reason. Let it be electrical or anything new is new. They thing yhey are doing great business, may be for now, but in long run they will be gone soon. Very very bad service and no quality product.Dont buy not recommended. You will regret for sure.

It has technical glitches Amazon should stop marketing it.
Many a times, it happens that when I try to put it on, it gives bipbip sound and does not start. I am really fed up. I feel i have been cheated by the company.No body should buy it.

Quality and performance
Very poor quality. Every thing inside was broken. The RAM would not fit in the sockets. The ventilation fan would not run. Had to spend additional 10000 over it and despite that it kept giving trouble. Finally condemned it
