A-PAC Analog Arcade Game Controller Interface with USB Cable

This item works great, was very easy to set up. Windows 10 identified the board right away with no fuss. X-Plane recognized it as well. I used three of the four analog inputs for engine controls. I plan to use the fourth for home made rudder pedals. The button inputs work great as well. My only complaint is that there was no literature at all in the package and I had to email the seller (who responded promptly) for a link to the wiring manual.

I'm giving this board 4 stars because it's a beautiful board, and I have no doubt it works as designed. BUT - I bought it based on a vendor's response to my question, stating it would handle Hall Effect pots. It won't. I've been on email with Andy the expert at Ultimarc. He simply said it's not designed to handle the Hall Effect device.So my fault for relying on what I thought was correct advice from the vendor. Amazon Prime will likely deal with the return just fine.

I was making an arcade and I gotten an I-Pac 2, I was diasapointed when it is supposed to emulate a keyboard instead of a game pad which is harder for me to program into my retro pie. I refunded my I-Pac and gotten the A-Pac and it works amazingly, it works for both players, it emulates game pads and it works like a charm, very fast response in gameplay. I am glad I chose to give Untimarc the benefit of the doubt and decided to give their other products a try, I am really glad I did!

Good: these boards come from a quality supplier and are well supported in English.Bad: The board itself does not have faults. However this model is obsolete. I didn’t realize that when I bought this. My fault for not checking at ultimarc first. Other thing is that this board does not support a spinner.
