Just the Job!
Bought this for my hubby who has difficulty in walking far without having to stop and this walking stick/seatwas excellent. Took it to a large agricultural show and he was able to enjoy it as could sit down as and when he needed. Sturdy little chair, very stable if sat with handle to the front, and the legs are adjustable. He's 5' 11" and was perfect on the second holes. Thoroughly recommend and great value for money.

Almost perfect for me.
I am about 6 ft tall, 200lbs, over 80 and suffer from arthritis in my knees. I have just used this stick to accompany my son round four 18 hole golf courses. I am generally delighted with it but agree with others that it is more suited to taller persons. I have the height set on the second lowest of the five options ie shorter users would only have one alternative. I like the handle, which just hooks over a wrist and I found the seat adequate but am not impressed with the latch for keeping the three legs in one plain. This latch often opened allowing two legs to stick out and possibly trip the user.

Best thing i have bought this year
I wanted to be able to walk a cross country course, stopping at each jump to watch a horse go over the fence. I have arthritic knees so although i knew i could walk the whole course with the aid of a stick, i didn't think i could manage the standing still. This was brilliant, worked exactly as i had hoped and was stable even on uneven ground. I was doubtful about the handle being in front but this actually helps to stand again after sitting. The only drawback is that it was a bit heavy to use as a walking stick on the walking bits and the handle rubbed a blister on my hand, a small price to pay for being able to join in with the rest of the family. Next time i will wear gloves.

A seat when I need it
I can't stand for too long at the moment following a major operation that I still need a walking stick for stability. This will be perfect for when I'm on the sidelines at a match and need a little sit down if there's no railings to lean against. Easy enough to get on and off with the top of the stick in front of you. As others have said, not for tight/short skirts.Perfect height (I'm 5'8”ish) on lowest setting for walking, if I need to sit for a while I would have to make the seat higher as it's a bit low as a seat (for me) at that lowest setting.

Great idea, does need working on
Bought this for our lad who always needs a place to sit. He’s only ever used this very ocassionally and has difficulties opening it into a chair. It’s doable but we are concerned about the chair as it’s only thick plastic. I’d say make it sturdier. Also the legs do take some getting used to and it looks quite obvious you’re carrying a chair rather than a double functioning walking stick. It’s very light though, and the handle is quite comfy.
