Helped my knees tremendously!
I ordered a larger bottle this time because I saw a difference in my knee pain with the first. I used to get hyaluronic injections every year till insurance changed. I was dreading knee pain after 1 yr but it’s being 2 years. In the 2 years, I have only had a need to put knee supports maybe twice each year for a short period. I can climb up and down stairs and go walking without the stiffness and pain. I don’t like large capsules, these are a decent size, easy to swallow. They definitely worked for me and cheaper than my co-pays I used to pay. (Not only did I have knee pain prior to 2 years but my knee would lock sometimes).

Foul taste
These seem to be effective as I can feel it when I miss them for a few days. Bought these as the ones I usually buy were out of stock. But these taste and smell really foul. I'll take them because I know in my joints when I run out but I'll try to avoid this brand from here out.

This one works very well for me
I take glucosamine periodically when I need it. This brand worked faster than others I've used. Generally I have to wait 6 weeks of continuous use for results. Although it did take 6 weeks for maximum effect, I was surprised to noticed some improvement within a couple weeks with this brand.

Good Value for money
My mom was diagnosed with crepitus in knees and since taking these tablets, she has experience less of the cracking sound in her knees when she bends or walks. It doesn't helps much with pain so she takes over the counter pain killer aleve or advil which helps with the pain. So far the combination has been working.
