It works great. I have thick curly hair and I always look for the fastest way to get my hair straight. The steam feature is fantastic. One fill and it did not run out before I was done. The comb helps keep my hair straight while entering the plates, so it's straight on the first pass, so I don't have to restraighten and sections. The comb will pop out if you catch it on a snarl, but it pops right back in (it does get hot, so be careful when you go to pick the comb up if it does pop out).Overall I think it's a great value for the money. My last straightener was over $120, so this was quite a deal.

Very happy with this unit. Took it on a cruise, was easy to pack, carried it in its box. I did not find it too heavy at all and my arms tend to tire quickly. Did a great job, no leaks, and I only filled it once the entire week and a half, using it almost every day. Hair turned out siky and shiny soft. I was impressed with the results. The comb teeth are not for detangling, but I rarely ran into any issues, and those were the result of operator error.

It is nicely made but it is far too heavy.

Love this steam iron but only two fault its heavy and leak water so can the manufacturer fix that problem

This steam flat iron works wonderful on my daughter's hair.

Horrible product! steam lasts for less than 5 minutes plus it leaks. The iron is so heavy you can barely lift it! Also does not get hot - temperature control is completely a farce.

It pulled my hair terribly and didn’t straighten it. My hair is super thick and this didn’t work at all.
