Good scope.
Stigmatized I can see the dot IN the daylight. 1st time and I have half a dozen dot scopes, all I see is a straburst. This wasn't a dot, but dot'ish, for me it's better than anything I've tried. The anti glare front cover isn't my favorite, but it's easy to remove. Good scope, great price!

Pretty good optic
Bought two for a couple of my shotguns. They seem to work well, look nice also. 10/10 would recommend

Great product
Product exactly as described and even better in person. I plan on buying 2 more. Rugged and well worth the money.

Not good for firearms above .22
Mounted to an AK-47. Red dot immediately popped off the mounting bracket after the first round. I re-attached and noticed how short the mounting screws were and torqued them pretty tight. Back to the range and had the exact same result. First round through the rifle and the Red dot flew off the mounting bracket. I feel it would work best for air soft, but would probably fall off after intense play.

Why not use screws that are two threads longer? Scope came off rail mount.
I never had a chance to get this sight out to the range. I am just finishing a new AR-15 build and was going tomorrow. I mounted this sight and checked it out. It seems fine and definitely in my budget. However, I very carefully leaned the rifle up against a chair and the sight popped off. The mount did not come off the rail, the riser between the sight and the rail mount came off at the rail mount. There are two very small screws that mount the riser to the part that mounts onto the rails. The description says you can use the scope without the riser and that seems to be true. But those two tiny screws (one shown in the photo) aren't even a quarter on an inch tall. By the time the screw passes through the rail mounting plate (that is the plate that mounts onto the rifle rail) there are only about two turns on this screw going into the riser! Now the hole in the riser section are straight-through holes and they are tapped the whole way, The thickness of the riser where these two screws go into is a little over 1/4" thick, so why not make the screws longer? So they can bite onto the entire lenght of the hole they are screwing into? That's what I am going to do to fix this problem. I am ordering two 1/2" long 2mm screws from McMaster-Carr with the beveled heads. The holes in the rail mount are counter-sunk so the screw heads do not hit the rail. Just cheap, shoddy craftsmanship. No telling how this works on the range. I will let you know after I try it out.

Perfect for Airsoft
Dont let the strangely photoshopped pictures on the listing sketch you out. This thing is solid. Really bright, no trouble finding the dot against a white wall on a bright day. The dot does have a bit of starburst but at this price point that's to be expected. Tested against a SOUSA Raid red dot (same style, triple the price with a lifetime warranty) I'd probably just buy three of these. Wouldnt rely on it to hold zero on anything larger than airsoft, but gets the job done respectably.

Bang for buck!
Before using this optic!Add thread locker to the screws attatching the optic to the picatinny mount. Well built, nice dot, clear glass, and great field of view.

It's magnified.
So, yeah, not an unmagnified red dot. It's not a lot, maybe 1.2x or something, but it's just enough that you notice it, like looking through an LPVO that's zoomed all the way out. Also, the "dot" isn't round. Mine's a small vertical stripe of 3 or 4 pixels. I don't mind, it's tidy enough and I'm using this for airsoft, not target shooting. Just something worth mentioning.
