This is my second purchase of this creatine. I have been using creatine products for over a decade and I can say that I have been wasting money for years. Do your own research! Creatine is one of the most inexpensive and simple to use health supplements out there. If you’re spending over $15 for 120 servings you are wasting money. This product holds up! I also purchased the L-Arganine and L-Citruline from this company.

This would have been a great deal but the seal under the lid was broken and it looked like someone had opened it and didn't screw the lid back on properly. There was powder everywhere inside the box and when I opened it it got all over my kitchen floors. I don't feel safe using what's left, in case it was tampered with. I'm just happy that Amazon took care of the issue, but I guess you get what you pay for.

Creatine is very soluble in anything, and gives no taste (which I liked).However the directions say to use a scoop of 5mg, but contains no scoop, and I am in the dark as to how much 5mg is?

I have tried the other options for 5 gram doses, and discovered through trial and error. This stuff will last me over 6 months, price is great, it's easy as add a teaspoon to my daily coffee, before I hit the gym. I don't use the loading and resting on/off method. So I can take 5 grams daily indefinitely no rest period needed. It just takes a bit longer to load when starting. This allows it's benefits as a muscle supplement and an awesome and powerful ATP nootropic/brain booster.

I chose this creatine out of all the other options mostly for the price. I am pleasantly surprised by how good it is. It mixes well with my morning coffee and post workout shakes. Definitely getting more out of my workouts now and faster recovery times. I will buy this again.

Never used this before, but it's just the same as any creatine monohydrate product that you have liked before. No way to make it fancy...
