Ordered these for casual summer fun. These are adorable and easy to apply. Good for Halloween decoration or as a casual party theme decoration. Daughter is loving it. We are not going to use lots of glitter for obvious reasons, however, this pack is still a fun. Deserves around 3.5 to 4 stars
