After seeing the popularity of the live streaming industry, we are ready to transform to the industry. I can't wait to buy a PTZ zoom camera. This device has a high cost performance. It meets my needs for different interfaces. Through HDMI, SDI pictures can be immediately displayed on the screen, and through network switching, pictures can be displayed in high definition in front of my customers. The large angle lens is really great.At present, we have been using it for a long time. The manufacturer says it has a two-year warranty. We don't worry about its quality. The only small regret is that it doesn't have 30x zoom, but it's worth it at this price.

Set it.up used it for one presentation ruffly 1 hr maybe 1.5 in all worked great the next week it wouldn't even fire up but it said it had power nothing had been touched since the week before rather then replace they just said non available all we can do is return it and give refund.... Very poor customer service I'd say if they don't have them available why are they still selling them and say they have them in stock very Not pleased with the hole mess

This camera did not work properly out of the box. The servo motor is wacky and it gets stuck upon its initial startup. I literally have to manual move the camera to bump it out of lock-up. I tried resetting but to no avail. Horrible product for the amount of money invested.

If you are planning on using this in an environment where you are under AC lighting (not DC or battery powered lighting), you are going to hate it. You will get constant light flicker (Google it as there are tons of videos describing this phenomenon). Since Vikery does not give you a way to change the shutter speed, you can't fix the problem.

Easy to use, great quality, ideal for meeting and streaming. I believe it can do more but just not fully utilise. Be aware its weight as it is not light, and if you are using tripod don’t use a weak one.

私の持っている機器との相性が悪かったのか、残念ながらHDMI出力の映像がテレビやPCモニタへ出力されませんでした。USB接続をしましたが、こちらは出力されました。私の購入目的がHDMI出力だったので、出品者へ質問等を繰り返して、すぐに回答を得ることが出来たのですが、残念がら解決に到達できませんでした。交換も促されたのですが、あまり時間に余裕が無かったため、今回は返品させて頂きました。返品は、非常に簡単にすることができました。商品の性能が確認できませんでしたが、出品者の対応が良かったので、星３つにさせていただきます。もう１点、感じたのは、私に届いた商品だけかもしれませんが、電源が落ちた際にレンズ側が天井を向くことが、気になりました。ホコリ等を考えると、横向きか、下向きがありがたいと感じます。
