This coat is beautiful fitted and true to size. It is heavier than I expected which for me was a pleasant surprise. It is Heathered Black, Grey, & White and Boucle' which gives it a lovely texture but not too bulky. This was also a happy surprise for me because the picture did not reflect the actual texture of the fabric. The only draw back is the collar is so bulky it tends to stand up and does not want to fold down neatly. But, if I leave the coat open just a little it will lay down pretty well.This would not cause me to give any less than a 5 star review. I would indeed say this coat is well worth what it cost. Very well tailored and well sewn.

My husband picked this coat out and was so proud of himself and while I'm usually not a purple person, I decided to give it a try so as to not hurt his heart.. I LOVE THIS COAT! It's so so warm and long enough to cover my butt and thighs and it looks great going out or to the office.The only downfall is I have man shoulders so it fits a little more snug than I'd like on my shoulders (not enough to not wear it) and I'm still giving it 5 stars because it is just such a great dress up coat.

I like the boiled wool texture of this coat and was hoping that would be more durable and not apt to pill over time. I was thinking that Calvin Klein would run small, so bought a size up and it's quite roomy (but perfect for wearing over sweaters and layers). I'm still getting used to it as I had my previous coat for 15 years. One thing that I'm cranky about (and therefore only 4 stars) is that the zipper is a man's zipper and not a woman's zipper (women's zippers have the pull mechanism on the right hand side... and I bet people checking that aren't you?!). I actually have a coordination issue when I go to zip it up with it being backwards and hope to get used to it. But, really, I really really hate that being backwards from all my other women's coats. Otherwise it's a nice, dressier winter coat for work and church. The warmth factor is quite good!

Coat just arrived and finally I have found what I've been looking for! Something for fall, not too bulky and that covers my butt and upper thigh from the cold and wind. Not only that, but you can lay the collar flat or you can zip it up around your neck for extra warmth-- it's perfect. As for the comments that it is itchy--yeah it's wool, wool can be itchy. But this wool is super soft and I don't find it itchy at all. The coat is generously cut. I am 5'4" 150 lb and got the large, it fits fine if not a little big, but I wanted something with room to move around. I could have gone with the medium for something a little more fitted and I think that would have been fine also. Super warm, but not heavy or bulky! Got lots of compliments on it, too.

I really loved this jacket when it arrived. Perfect fit, great color. But then I wore it for the Europe trip I bought it for… After wearing it twice, the material tore from the pocket. The worse part is my seamstress cannot fix it. It’s too thin of a wool material that it cannot be attached back to the pocket. I also can’t return bc it’s outside of the 30 day window, ouch.

I love this jacket. I wore it casually for a couple months before the pockets got holes in them, and parts of the coat started to unravel. For the price I would have expected a much better quality. The fabric is beautiful, it’s warm, it’s adorable and classy, just wish it lasted longer

This coat is perfect. It’s super warm, can be zipped up to your chin on super cold days, and looks great on. I receive compliments almost every time I wear it, even from random people I don’t know! Best of all,I spilled coffee on myself today while rushing out the door, and you couldn’t even tell! It fit a little tighter than expected, so order up a size if you like to wear your clothes a little loose. The grey sheds a little but not horribly.

I ordered this coat at my normal size but exchanged it for the next size up. The first one fit but this coat is zipped up from the very bottom to the top. I just found it awkward to reach down to begin the zip and thought I should get a coat that had a looser fit. I was right. The coat is good looking and I am very pleased with it. Since I just got it today I really only know that it fits and I can zip it up okay. It seems as if it will be nice and warm. It looks expensive and fashionable. I am happy!

Nice good quality coat but the color wasn,t what I expected and did not like the fit on me.

I can't wear lipgloss when wearing this coat, I end up with a bunch of fur like fibers in my lipgloss! It gets all over my clothes too! If you want a coat to look more put together, this isn't it. Not unless you carry a lint remover everywhere!
