It is def big
The media could not be loaded. I have a heat press that comes with the rest of the attachments & this barely fit & when I say barely I mean barely. I had to tighten manually to get it to fit smug enough to seal properly. As far as it working as a sublimation cup it worked well. I got a couple edges where it didn’t take but because of the size and how I wasn’t able to press properly.

These mugs are terrific
They sublimated beautifully in the oven. I only wish they came in bulk single packs with shipping boxes for each.

These mugs are not for sublimation!
If your intended purpose is sublimation, save your money and don't buy. Very disappointed - color is so faded. I will be throwing mine away.If you want a plain white mug you may like.

Great Mug
Perfect size and shape for an 20 oz mug, my favorite mug. It was packed well with custom styrofoam, from the manufacturer, packed better than Amazon's standard. Amazon does NOT know how to pack to protect.

No Transparency on Temperature or Time to bake in a Conventional Oven.
They give you the template size but no recommendations on heat temp and time for an oven. This mug is to big for a press. Where is the transparency? You shouldn't have to wing it completely!!!! With every item you may have to tweak it but to have no start point is ridiculous! The merchandise can be fabulous but if you do not know who to get that out come because there is no information available is crazy! I wasted cups guessing!!!!!!

About two years ago I ordered a mug and it was broke these two came and thank goodness they are intact
