hello, are you tired of the local stores running out of paper bags? we use these retail shopping bags for recycle and for regular under the counter trash. these bags are a little taller than our plastic container, so a little trimming is necessary. what about the quality of the bags? the ones at the local grocery store seem a little thicker, but as far as the store reliability of having these bags always there...well...that is another story. these bags are thinner, but they hold a lot of stuff well and so far, hasn't broken with some heavy loads. they are pretty great bags. what about the handles? the handles are sturdy, but i would not carry stuff around using these handles on these bags. it seems a little shaky... overall, they are a great product and the delivery was excellent.

These bags are used for recycling primarily, but I use them as needed occasionally for carrying other items. I just don’t go to the grocery store often enough, nor buy in sufficient quantities when I do to be able to collect enough paper bags to take care of all of my paper recycling needs.These bags are sturdy, yet flexible. In fact, they are significantly better in quality than the paper bags I get when at the grocery store. I can use and reuse these as needed, whereas the store bags would fall apart with similar use.I can recommend these bags for both recycling and for other every day purposes where a sturdy bag with handles is needed.

We're not big grocery shoppers and our local stores give out those cheap thin plastic bags. So, when we're headed somewhere (the office, a party) and need to bring things along and not have to worry about forgetting a canvas or other bag behind we dig around the house for a paper shopping bag. They are few and far between.It then dawned on me to see how much it would be for a package of good sized bags to have on hand for just this purpose. HERE THEY ARE! They are sturdy, they have strong handles and this supply will last me well over a year. My search for a plain bag to carry something in that I can leave behind are over... for less than $1 each.

These bags are larger than I had initially pictured, which was a pleasant surprise. The handles seem well made and so far haven't shown any signs of wearing or tearing when used. The bags aren't really sturdy so I wouldn't recommend putting a lot of heavy items into them but they do well with lightweight items. Being that they are larger makes it really easy to fit a lot of items into them. Really a great item. I purchased these bags at a discounted price which in no way influences my review or opinion.

I needed gift bags to use for an upcoming art show I did and these seemed like a great fit. They held up well especially when it was raining the bag still stayed intact which I had assumed wouldn't have been the case. The only negative was I would have liked these to be a little bit taller though I knew the size when I purchased. Overall a good purchase for the price that I will purchase again when I need more bags for my shows.

They’re thin but they do the job. Holds a box of shoes and a folded t-shirt or a hat or pack of socks. I wouldn’t recommend much heavy stuff though. Maybe a pair of jeans and t-shirt or a hoody and a few tees. I’ll get them again. Choices for customer shopping bags are limited unless you’re budget is limitless. Then pay more and get better ones.

Got these to replace plastic kitchen bags for trash as well as recycling. I have used them only for a week but they have held up. I like using paper instead of plastic - not only environmentally a better idea, but the paper helps to contain/absorb odors. I use paper lunch bags when I clean the cat litter boxes, and the odor is much less than using plastic bags. I also use a pressed paper litter box which is absolutely the best in containing odors vs. a plastic cat litter box (I buy here on amazon - wonder box or natures miracle.
