Best mats ever
I use these mats for my macarons and I have to say they are the best. My macaron shells come off them a lot easier than from other mats once baked (they literally peel off themselves as I lift my mats). I also noticed that my white colored macarons (the ones that don’t have any food dye in them) come out more white than with other mats (not sure why but I have experimented with all other mats and those are the results). And they wash amazingly. They are also smaller than all my other silicone mats which means they can fit on pretty much all my trays (I flip my trays that have borders upside down for better airflow for the macarons and the mats fit pretty well). Great mats!!!

Favorite mats
These are the only mats I’ve bought and used to back macarons for the past 5 years. They turn out perfect. Long lasting easy to clean. I probably own a dozen of them

Love it!
Easy to clean. I always use parchment paper before switching to silicone mat and the first time I used this mat my macarons always explode so I had to adjust my oven temp.

New matts don't work
I bought 2 matts from this brand in 2018 to bake macarons and loved them very much then i decided to buy more 4 matts from them. But i dont know why this time all 4 new matts cause macarons lopside while the old ones still work very well. I tried many times and they all give lopside on new matts, perfect feet on old matts. I wonder if the supplier modified the material recently.

Great Product
Wasn't sure at first because they looked flimsy. Tried them anyway.Glad I did as they are the best macaron mats I've used and I've tried many. The macarons keep their shape and come off cleanly. Actually ordered more.
