This worked out perfectly for my needs. I use this to attach my headphones via this adapter to my laptop. The audio software I use to make audio louder (FX Sound) wasn't playing nice when the headphones were plugged into my laptop directly. I had repeated audio issues.It's been so nice to not have to troubleshoot my sound daily, to be able to use that software, and use my comfortable headphones.There's no setup required. Very straightforward and easy to use.

Exactly as advertised, cord is long and perfectly works with earphones that are TRRS. Cord is also nice and braided.
